Job Description:
Procurement Management – Oversee complete procurement process including vendor sourcing, quotations, and PO creation.

Record Keeping – Maintain accurate data on purchases, pricing, and inventory using Tranzact.

Interdepartmental Coordination – Work with Stores, Production, and Finance teams for timely procurement.

Inventory Control – Monitor stock levels and ensure timely ordering to avoid shortages.

Supplier Negotiation – Secure best terms for pricing, payments, and delivery.

Issue Resolution – Address and resolve supplier discrepancies in billing, orders, and deliveries.

Reporting – Generate and analyze procurement reports using Tranzact’s dashboard.

Compliance – Ensure adherence to company policies and audit standards.
