Position: R&D Parenteral (Formulation) Specialist

Location: Aurangabad
Key Responsibilities

Support the R&D team in formulation development of parenteral products, including Small Volume Parenterals (SVP) and Large Volume Parenterals (LVP) in both powder and liquid dosage forms.

Perform sterile product development activities, with hands-on experience in small and large volume parenteral formulations being essential.

Assist in process development, optimization, and technology transfer activities for parenteral products from lab scale to pilot/manufacturing scale.

Prepare and execute lab-scale formulation batches, conduct stability studies, and document formulation development data and results.

Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance and Production teams to ensure compliance with GMP guidelines and SOPs.

Provide support for analytical testing, evaluate reports, and coordinate CAPA activities where required.

Maintain proper documentation related to formulation development and trials.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences, preferably with specialization in Formulation or Parenteral Development.

Hands-on experience in parenteral formulation systems (SVP & LVP) across powder and liquid formats.

Strong understanding of aseptic processing principles, sterile manufacturing requirements, and formulation science.

Basic knowledge of regulatory documentation related to product development, including product development reports.
