Sales Manager

Job Description:

Yogi Care Pharma is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across domestic and export markets. This role focuses on expanding market presence, building strong distributor and client partnerships, and leading the sales team to achieve ambitious business targets. The ideal candidate will bring strong pharma sales expertise, leadership capability, and a proven track record in domestic and international market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion

• Identify and penetrate new domestic and international markets

• Develop and manage partnerships with distributors and export clients

Sales Strategy & Execution

• Define and execute monthly and quarterly sales plans

• Achieve assigned sales targets

• Monitor sales funnels and improve conversion ratios

Client Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts

• Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures

Team Development

• Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to improve performance

• Conduct regular performance reviews

• Support and execute sales campaigns

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with pharma industry sales norms

• Prepare sales MIS reports

• Conduct competitor analysis and market reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharma or Business

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in domestic and export pharma sales

• Strong record of achieving revenue and growth targets

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
