Job Description:

We are looking for a Creative Designer to develop engaging and high-quality visual content that strengthens brand presence across digital and print platforms. The role involves supporting marketing, product branding, and business communication while ensuring consistency with brand and regulatory standards. The designer will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, regulatory, and business development teams to translate business ideas into compelling visual designs for both domestic and international audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Branding

  • Design creative assets for brochures, product catalogues, presentations, and social media

  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all creative outputs

Digital Media & Marketing Support

  • Create digital creatives for campaigns, emailers, and social media platforms

  • Work with marketing teams on promotional and branding initiatives

Product & Packaging Design

  • Develop packaging designs, labels, and artworks in line with regulatory requirements

  • Coordinate with regulatory and production teams for approvals

Creative Concept Development

  • Generate innovative concepts for brand campaigns and product launches

  • Translate business and marketing ideas into strong visual storytelling

Cross-Functional Support

  • Design client-specific proposals in collaboration with sales and BD teams

  • Support events, exhibitions, and trade fairs with creative collateral


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

  • 2 to 5 years of professional design experience (pharma or healthcare experience preferred)

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro / After Effects)

  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and colour theory

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail
