HR Executive

Job Description:

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role ensures smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination

• Prepare offer letters and appointment letters

• Manage employee onboarding and induction programs

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR databases

• Manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation

• Support payroll processing by coordinating with finance/payroll teams

Employee Relations

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns

• Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary procedures

• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives

Performance Management

• Coordinate performance appraisal processes

• Assist managers in setting KPIs and tracking performance cycles

Compliance & Policies

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

• Assist in drafting, implementing, and updating HR policies

• Support audits and statutory requirements

Training & Development

• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs

• Maintain training records and feedback

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in an HR role (freshers may apply for junior roles)

• Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools

• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
