HR Executive
Job Description:
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role ensures smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination

Prepare offer letters and appointment letters
-
Manage employee onboarding and induction programs
HR Operations
-
Maintain employee records and HR databases
-
Manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
-
Support payroll processing by coordinating with finance/payroll teams
Employee Relations
-
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
-
Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary procedures
-
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Performance Management
-
Coordinate performance appraisal processes
-
Assist managers in setting KPIs and tracking performance cycles
Compliance & Policies
-
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Assist in drafting, implementing, and updating HR policies

Support audits and statutory requirements
Training & Development

Identify training needs and coordinate training programs
-
Maintain training records and feedback
Required Qualifications & Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

1–3 years of experience in an HR role (freshers may apply for junior roles)

Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools

High level of confidentiality and professionalism
