Job Description:

We are looking for an International Sales Executive / Manager to drive export revenue growth and expand global market presence. The role focuses on developing distributor and retailer networks in international markets, managing key export clients, and coordinating sales operations across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong engineering product knowledge, export sales experience, and the ability to manage client relationships while supporting long-term business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

International Business Development

  • Expand distributor and retailer networks in new and untapped export markets

  • Build and manage strong client partnerships to drive export growth

Strategic Sales Planning

  • Define sales targets and strategies aligned with business objectives

  • Forecast revenues, plan budgets, and monitor sales pipelines

Client Relationship & Key Account Management

  • Manage high-value export clients and negotiate long-term contracts

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Team Leadership

  • Mentor and guide sales executives to achieve assigned targets

  • Conduct training on product knowledge and sales techniques

Reporting & Market Intelligence

  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and competitor analysis

  • Track market trends and share insights with management


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • 3–8 years of experience in engineering export sales

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to coordinate with sales, purchase, and logistics teams

  • Knowledge of engineering and electrical products (Panels, Transformers, Generators)

  • Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
