Job Summary:
We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The role involves handling product listings, order processing, coordination with marketplaces, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, company website, etc.)

• Upload and update product details, pricing, images, and descriptions

• Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and refunds

• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to orders

• Track sales performance, stock levels, and inventory updates

• Run basic online promotions, discounts, and offers

• Prepare sales and performance reports

• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines

• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and visibility

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Marketing / Business preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations 

• Hands-on experience with marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer operations

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of seller panels and dashboards

• Understanding of SEO for product listings

• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
