Job Description:

 

Role Summary

We are hiring a Senior Graphic & Web Designer with strong expertise in visual design, website design, digital creatives, and performance marketing assets, along with hands-on exposure to UI/UX principles, for B2B and enterprise clients.

This is a graphics-first and web-design-led role, where UI/UX is applied to ensure usability, conversion focus, and structured user journeys. The designer will own visual quality, layout systems, and digital presentation across websites, campaigns, social media, and paid media assets, while maintaining enterprise-grade brand and experience standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

Graphic, Visual & Website Design (Primary Focus)

  • Design high-impact websites, landing pages, and microsites with strong visual hierarchy and conversion focus
  • Own page layouts, visual storytelling, typography systems, and creative directionfor digital platforms
  • Create brand-aligned digital creativesincluding:
  • Social media posts (organic & paid)
  • Performance marketing ad creatives (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, display)
  • Banners, presentations, pitch decks, and infographics
    • Develop website visuals, ad creatives, and campaign assetsthat balance aesthetics with business and performance outcomes
    • Ensure visual consistency and quality controlacross websites, social media, paid media, and marketing touchpoints

 

UI/UX Application & Exposure (Secondary but Mandatory)

  • Apply UI/UX fundamentalsto improve usability, clarity, and engagement across websites and landing pages
  • Create basic to intermediate wireframes, user flows, page structures, and UI layoutsusing Figma
  • Design UI components and structured layoutsaligned with existing or evolving design systems
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure visual and functional accuracyduring implementation
  • Incorporate usability, accessibility, and interaction best practicesinto web and conversion-led pages

 

Social Media & Paid Media Creative Support

  • Design performance-driven ad creativesfor paid campaigns across digital platforms
  • Adapt creatives into multiple formats and ratiosfor social, display, and retargeting campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align visuals with campaign messaging, funnels, and KPIs
  • Iterate creatives based on performance insights and campaign learnings

Motion, Media & Campaign Support

  • Support campaigns with motion graphics, short videos, animations, or reels(basic to intermediate)
  • Assist in creating visually engaging assets for brand and performance marketing campaigns.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with marketing, content, growth, and development teamsto deliver cohesive design solutions
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines and maintaining quality standards
  • Review, iterate, and refine designs based on feedback, performance insights, and evolving brand needs.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • 3+ years of experienceprimarily in Graphic Design & Website Design, with UI/UX exposure
  • Strong proficiency in Figmafor layouts, wireframes, components, and design collaboration
  • Advanced command of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
  • Working knowledge of After Effects / Premiere Profor motion or video edits (good to have)
  • Proven experience creating social media and paid media ad creatives
  • Experience designing B2B / enterprise websites and digital assets
  • Strong sense of visual hierarchy, layout composition, typography, and brand aesthetics
  • Practical understanding of usability, interaction basics, and conversion-oriented design
  • Familiarity with responsive designacross desktop, tablet, and mobile
  • Basic HTML/CSS understandingis a plus (not mandatory)

What We Expect

  • Education:Diploma or Graduate in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or related field
  • UI/UX exposure:Required (formal UX role or years not mandatory if portfolio demonstrates applied understanding)
  • Experience in agency or in-house environments, preferably serving B2B / enterprise brands
