Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day production activities to ensure adherence to production plans, batch records, and schedules.

Manage packaging operations to achieve quality standards and production targets while strictly following GMP norms.

Coordinate with the Production Planning and Quality Control teams for smooth batch processing and timely release.

Monitor key production KPIs such as yield, wastage, machine efficiency, and productivity.

Identify deviations in production processes and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Ensure accurate and timely documentation, including Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR), and daily production reports.

Maintain compliance with GMP, SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards across the production area.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / B.Pharm / B.Sc (Chemistry / Life Sciences) or equivalent qualification.

Good understanding of pharmaceutical production and packaging processes.

Sound knowledge of GMP guidelines, SOPs, hygiene, and safety compliance.

Strong attention to detail with good documentation practices.

Team-oriented, proactive, and capable of problem-solving in a production environment.
