Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing relevant candidates for assigned requirements using various channels

• Screening and sharing suitable profiles as per role requirements

• Managing candidates through the internal approval and selection process

• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring closures

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freelance or full-time)

• Strong sourcing and screening skills across multiple roles

• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements

Support Provided:

• Access to job portals and internal candidate database

• ATS login credentials

• Office laptop and official SIM card (if applicable as per role requirement)

Commercials:

• You will be paid 2% of the offered CTC of the candidate who is successfully selected and onboarded

Payment Terms:

• Payment will be released only after the recruitment fee is received from the client company
