- Give back end support to the Service Engineer for the software application.
- Handling the client queries and technical support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and desire to learn new skills.
- Resolved the technical queries of the end user Over Phone, Mail and Remote Sessions.
- Trained the end user of the software Over Phone, Mail and Remote Session when its required.
- Database Maintenances.
- Strong communication skills and a strong team player.
- Preparing UAT document and helping clients in conducting UAT. Ensuring clients operate the application smoothly.
- Process Mapping and ensuring timely delivery of the processes.
- Identifying potential problems and presenting desirable solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in IT / Computer Science or related field
- Fresher or 1–3 years experience in IT / Software Support
- Knowledge of backend support, application support, and client handling
- Experience in issue resolution, remote support, and UAT assistance
- Basic understanding of database maintenance and process documentation
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
