  • Give back end support to the Service Engineer for the software application.
  • Handling the client queries and technical support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and desire to learn new skills.
  • Resolved the technical queries of the end user Over Phone, Mail and Remote Sessions.
  • Trained the end user of the software Over Phone, Mail and Remote Session when its required.
  • Database Maintenances.
  • Strong communication skills and a strong team player.
  • Preparing UAT document and helping clients in conducting UAT. Ensuring clients operate the application smoothly.
  • Process Mapping and ensuring timely delivery of the processes.
  • Identifying potential problems and presenting desirable solutions.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in IT / Computer Science or related field
  • Fresher or 1–3 years experience in IT / Software Support
  • Knowledge of backend support, application support, and client handling
  • Experience in issue resolution, remote support, and UAT assistance
  • Basic understanding of database maintenance and process documentation
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
