Job Description:

1. Sales Leadership & Market Expansion

• Drive end-to-end sales strategy and execution for assigned cities/states.
• Finalized high-potential locations such as malls, airports, corporate parks, gyms, hospitals, colleges, and premium residential complexes for installing JuiceTap’s machine.
• Lead negotiations for contract finalization, rental terms, and placement agreements.
• Deliver consistent month-on-month growth and meet profitability objectives.
  1. Operational Responsibilities.
• Ensure smooth installation, functioning, and performance of all machines placed in assigned regions.
• Monitor daily operations, resolve issues proactively, and ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
• Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure quality service, supply management, and issue resolution.
• Review machine performance data and implement improvements to optimize sales and operational efficiency.
  1. Cross-Functional Coordination
• Work closely with marketing, supply chain, operations, and product teams for seamless execution.
• Ensure clear communication between field teams and management.
• Prepare periodic reports, performance dashboards, and forecasts for management review.

1. Team Leadership & Expansion

• Build, guide, and lead city-level sales and operations teams as the geographic scope expands.
• Ensure structured training, performance monitoring, and goal alignment across teams.
• Support hiring and capability development for ongoing city expansion.
  1. Growth-Driven Role Expansion
• Your responsibility will increase proportionately with company expansion.
• New territories, larger teams, and additional functions may be added as per the organization’s growth plan.
• You are expected to demonstrate strategic thinking, leadership, and accountability in driving overall business growth.
