Civil Engineer / Architect (Building Projects)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee end-to-end building project execution (residential,
commercial, or industrial).
• Prepare, review, and finalize architectural and structural drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely
project delivery.
• Monitor site activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and compliance
standards.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Ensure completion of projects within scope, schedule, and cost constraints.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• 5–7 years of proven experience in building project completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, materials, and project management
practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver results.

Preferred Skills
• Experience handling multi-stakeholder projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable and modern construction practices.
