Job Summary

The Collection Executive is responsible for handling import and export empty container billing, managing live desk operations, and coordinating with CHAs to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires basic accounting knowledge using Tally and MS Excel, accurate documentation, and effective communication. The position involves working in day and night shifts to support continuous operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle import & export empty container billing accurately and on time
  2. Manage live desk operations, including real-time coordination and updates
  3. Coordinate and communicate with CHA (Customs House Agent) through emails and phone calls
  4. Perform basic accounting work using Tally and MS Excel
  5. Prepare and maintain billing, collection, and transaction records
  6. Ensure proper documentation and data entry related to operations and billing
  7. Work in day and night shifts as per operational requirements
  8. Coordinate with operations, accounts, and transport teams for smooth workflow

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication skills for coordination with CHA via calls and emails
  • Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
  • Basic understanding of documentation and compliance requirements

Qualifications

  • Graduate or Relevant Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in collections / accounts (preferred)
