Job Description:

The job description is as below:

• Needs Assessment: Liaise with managers to identify skill gaps and training requirements across the organization.
• Program Development: Design and create training materials, modules, manuals, and presentations (e-learning or in-person).
• Delivery: Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for new hires (onboarding) and existing employees.
• Onboarding: Manage new employee induction, covering company culture, policies, and job expectations.
• Evaluation & Reporting: Assess training effectiveness through tests and feedback, reporting results to management, and making improvements.
• Content Management: Keep training materials updated with current HR trends and best practices.
• Coaching & Support: Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees, addressing concerns and promoting growth.
• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure training initiatives support overall business objectives.
• Continuous Learning: Foster a culture of ongoing learning and development within the organization.
