Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations at our Surat branch. The role requires handling administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies, assisting with HR and reporting activities, and ensuring smooth communication across staff and management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a dynamic branch office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
Manage office tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Maintain and organize office records for easy retrieval.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
Scheduling & Coordination
Manage meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist management in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
Provide general administrative support to different departments.
HR & Staff Support
Assist HR with attendance, leave management, and basic employee queries.
Coordinate with staff and clients for smooth communication flow.
Support onboarding and induction activities at the branch level.
Vendor & Client Communication
Liaise with vendors for office needs and service requirements.
Handle incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
Ensure professional communication with clients visiting the branch.
Key Attributes:
1–3 years of experience in administrative support or office operations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills in Gujarati and English.
Professional, approachable, and detail-oriented.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
