Job Description:
- Purchase industrial and commercial electrical goods as per requirements
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for best pricing and delivery terms
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up for timely deliveries
- Prepare and analyze price comparison statements
- Understand and evaluate Technical Data Sheets (TDS) for electrical items
- Coordinate with internal teams for material specifications and clarifications
- Discuss technical or commercial queries with vendors and clients related to electrical goods
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation
- Reconcile purchased materials with billing and delivery challans
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
Candidate Profile

3–5 years experience in purchasing electrical goods

Good knowledge of industrial electrical items

Strong vendor negotiation & coordination skills
