Job Description:

Book Roll Operations

  • Support the transfer of an entire book of business from one agency/system to another

  • Verify policy details and ensure data is accurate and up-to-date before initiating the process

  • Cross-check policies to identify and resolve discrepancies between source and target systems

  • Maintain proper documentation of the book roll process and all updates made during the transfer

  • Work closely with Underwriting, Accounting, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution

  • Ensure data entry and updates are completed accurately

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies throughout the book roll process


  Endorsement Processing

  • Process endorsement requests for Auto and Home insurance policies

  • Handle policy changes, coverage updates, and other modifications

  • Review policies as per underwriting guidelines and company policies

  • Validate documentation before processing updates

  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity

  • Ensure compliance with state-specific insurance laws

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies during endorsement processing

  • Stay updated with insurance regulations, procedures, and company policies


  Underwriting Support

  • Review and process New Business, Renewals, and Endorsements as per guidelines

  • Update policy information and policy documents

  • Apply the underwriting toolkit and update policy forms

  • Generate Experience Mod Reports and rating worksheets

  • Follow binders, subjectivities, and underwriting instructions

  • Review transactions for accuracy, completeness, and quality

  • Handle multi-line submissions and ensure timely policy assembly

  • Maintain up-to-date underwriting records


Required Skills

  • Knowledge of Insurance operations

  • Understanding of underwriting and policy endorsements

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good communication skills

  • Compliance and regulatory knowledge

  • Ability to work in a US/rotational shift environment
