Why this role exists
We are building a production-grade SaaS used by manufacturing teams to monitor and improve operations. We are looking for a strong engineer who wants to grow into a product-thinking role and already has experience guiding other developers. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product thinking, and team leadership.

Our tech stack
Next.js and React for frontend and full-stack workflows Tailwind CSS for clean, scalable UI MySQL and MongoDB for structured and flexible data needs Claude Code and AI-assisted development tools to move faster with judgment

What you will do
Build and own features end to end using Next.js and React Translate customer problems into clear technical solutions Design APIs, data models, and workflows using MySQL and MongoDB Think through edge cases, failure modes, and scalability Refactor existing code to improve clarity, performance, and maintainability Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate development without compromising quality Work closely with the founder on technical and product decisions Lead a small team of developers by reviewing code, breaking down tasks, and ensuring delivery quality Mentor junior developers and raise overall engineering standards

What we are looking for Required
3 to 5 years of hands-on full-stack development experience Prior experience leading or mentoring a small team of developers Solid experience with React and modern JavaScript or TypeScript Experience working with databases SQL or NoSQL Comfort working in a production environment Ability to communicate ideas, decisions, and feedback clearly
