Sr. Executive-QAD/Management Representative
Experiences: 6 to 7 Years
Industry: Automobile Industry
Qualifications: Diploma in Plastic Or Degree in plastic Engineering OR CIPET
Job Description:
 Knowledge and exp of ISO documentation, ISO Audit
 ISO Certification is required for a minimum of 2 years’ experience in MR Activity.
 Experience in plastic Molding.
 Hands-on exp of PPAP, Quality Reports.
 Reviewing & amp; approving the quality plan for effective measurement.
 Control on non-confirming products.
 Define Structure of Quality System
 Document Data Control
 Plan and Implement internal Quality Audit
 Control of Quality Records
 Liaison with certifying body / External Body
 To ensure that appropriate corrective and preventive actions are being initiated
 Reporting on performance of the quality system for management review as a basis for
improvement
 Responsible for awareness of customer & regulatory requirements throughout the
organization.
 Responsible for maintaining integrity of quality management system when changes to
the quality management system are planned & implemented.
 Coordination with supplier and customer on quality issues.
 Identification & analysis of various failures and its root cause analysis.
 Reporting to top management about the performance of system.
