Job Descripon:
Lead the company’s technology strategy, ensuring robust SAP management, secure IT infrastructure,
seamless retail POS operaons, and the adopon of modern technologies including Generave AI.
This role is responsible for driving digital transformaon, ensuring data security, and supporng
business operaons across manufacturing, retail, and corporate funcons.
Key Responsibilies:
1. SAP Management
Oversee end-to-end SAP operaons S/4 HANA RISE including Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory,
Manufacturing and Quality modules.
Ensure SAP system stability, user access management, documentaon, and audit compliance.
Lead cross-funconal SAP improvement iniaves to opmize business processes.
2. IT Infrastructure Management
Manage company-wide IT hardware, networks, servers, storage, firewalls, and cloud systems.
Plan CAPEX/OPEX budgets and negoate with IT vendors and service providers.
Oversee IT asset lifecycle management.
3. Cybersecurity & Compliance
Implement and manage cybersecurity policies, tools, and monitoring systems.
Ensure protecon against cyber threats, ransomware, phishing, and unauthorized access.
Conduct periodic vulnerability assessments, penetraon tests, and employee awareness training.
Ensure compliance with data protecon regulaons and internal audits.
4. Data Backup & Disaster Recovery
Establish robust data backup, retenon, and archival processes across all systems.
5. Retail POS & Store Technology Management
Oversee POS systems used across retail showrooms and ensure smooth integraon with SAP.
Ensure real-me inventory, billing, CRM, and loyalty programs work effecvely.
Support store expansions by se4ng up IT infrastructure and POS systems.
6. Generave AI & Automaon Iniaves
Idenfy opportunies to deploy Generave AI for analycs, reporng, customer experience, and
operaonal efficiency. Lead automaon projects (RPA, AI-based demand forecasng, chatbot
soluons, intelligent dashboards).
Evaluate new technologies and propose digital transformaon strategies.
7. IT Team & Vendor Management
Lead, mentor, and develop internal IT team members and support engineers.
Manage service providers, AMC providers, SAP partners, and technology vendors.
Ensure mely issue resoluon through IT helpdesk processes and SLAs.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of SAP (ECC/S4HANA) modules and integraon.
Experse in IT infrastructure (LAN/WAN, cloud, virtualizaon, servers).
Strong understanding of cybersecurity tools & frameworks.
Experience with POS systems in retail environments, will be an added advantage.
Analycal, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent leadership, communicaon, and vendor negoaon skills.
