Job Description – CRM Manager (Female)
Department: Customer Relationship Management
Reporting To: Head – Marketing & Sales / Plant Head
Location: Silvassa & Salary is negotiable
Role Overview:
The CRM Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring smooth
communication, handling project updates, and maintaining client satisfaction for wind tower
manufacturing projects. The role requires proactive coordination between clients, production,
logistics, and quality teams to ensure that commitments are met while representing the
company with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management
o Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications.
o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with domestic and
international customers.
o Ensure timely updates to customers on project status, dispatch schedules, and
quality certifications.
2. Project & Order Coordination
o Track customer orders from contract signing to delivery.
o Coordinate with PPC, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure project
timelines are met.
o Ensure all client requirements and specifications are understood and adhered to.
3. Communication & Reporting
o Maintain professional communication (emails, calls, meetings) with customers.
o Provide regular project updates, order progress reports, and delivery schedules
to clients.
o Arrange and support client visits, factory audits, and inspections.
4. Customer Issue Resolution
o Handle client concerns related to quality, delivery, documentation, or invoicing.
o Work closely with QA/QC and after-sales service teams to resolve issues
effectively.
o Escalate critical issues to management and ensure timely closure.
5. Documentation & Compliance
o Manage client documentation such as contracts, invoices, delivery notes, and
inspection certificates.
o Ensure compliance with international standards, customer specifications, and
export documentation (if applicable).
6. Business Support
o Support Sales & Marketing in preparing proposals, presentations, and customer
feedback analysis.
o Collect customer insights for improving services and future projects.
o Contribute to enhancing the company’s image through customer-centric
practices.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
Knowledge of heavy fabrication / wind tower / renewable energy sector preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/CRM tools.
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
Professional demeanor, customer-oriented approach, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering.
5–10 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management / Sales Coordination /
Client Servicing, preferably in manufacturing or renewable energy industry.
Exposure to international clients and project-based industries will be an added
advantage.
