PROFILE / DEPARTMENT: – MARKETING
DESIGNATION: – GM / AGM
QUALIFICATION: - B.E MECHANICAL & MBA
EXPERIENCE: – 15 – 20 Yrs AGE: - 40 – 45 Yrs
SALARY PACKAGE – COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE.
LOCATION – KHERDI, KHANVEL & Salary is Negotiable

Duties & Responsibilities
 Sales Promotion of GWPL WIND TOWER.
 Project Management - Ensuring the smooth Project / Contract Execution and monitoring
the project development.
 Creating new avenues & driving sales growth.
 Establishing brands & bagging breakthrough orders.
 Proactively conducting opportunity analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and
competitor moves to achieve market-share metrics.
 Customer Relationship Management for a high satisfaction index.
 Arranging promotional activities – Seminars Exhibitions
 Ensuring successful ramp up of business assignments; while working in close
coordination with customers and ensuring effective service deliverables.
 Identifying and developing new streams for revenue growth and maintaining
relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business. Develop marketing
plans based on client’s preference and drive sales volumes.
 Formulating and coordinating marketing activities and policies to promote products and
services.
 Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor
moves, to achieve market share metrics. Evolving market segmentation & penetration
strategies to achieve targets.
 Spearheading the Marketing activities with Corporate/Private Sector;
 Arranging the Site Visits of potential Customers.
 Internal Co-ordination with land acquisition, Project, O&M Team, corporate affairs
 Scheduling of the Project in consultation with Project Team
 Collections of payments as per the Schedule
 Liaison with various Govt., regulatory bodies, Electricity board.
 Conferences, seminars & Trade exhibitions

 Concept marketing creating awareness for renewable energy & clean development
mechanism (CDM).
 Project management activities, Project documentation ( Land, Nodal Agencies)

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
 Strong Communication Skills.
 Knowledge of Renewable Energy.
 Technical Understanding – Grasp of Wind Tower Manufacturing process, Materials and
industry specific terminology.
 Market Research – Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor
activities to inform marketing strategies.
 Digital Marketing – Proficiency in Online Marketing Channels, Social Media and Digital
advertising to enhance online visibility.
 Analytical Skills – Interpret data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and
make data – driven decisions.
