Job Description:

Hiring for HR & Admin executive for CA Firm

Human Resources Management

  • Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring for article clerks, junior accountants / CA / CS, and support staff, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Onboarding: Handle new hire documentation, induction, and issuance of offer/appointment letters.
  • Employee Records: Maintain digital and physical files (attendance, leave, and payroll data).
  • Compliance: Ensure statutory compliance related to Professional Tax (PT), PF, and ESIC, and assist with labor law documentation.
  • Performance: Support the annual appraisal process and coordinate staff training. 

Administrative Operations

  • Office Management: Oversee daily facility operations, including housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
  • Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with vendors for office supplies, AMC, and stationary.
  • Client Interaction: Professionally handle reception duties, visitor management, and client correspondence.
  • Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements, firm meetings, and employee engagement events.
  • Documentation: Draft professional letters, maintain office correspondence, and handle audit queries related to admin work. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Commerce; MBA in HR preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with HRMS or payroll software.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi; professional demeanor; and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of Indian labor laws and payroll processing
