Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor construction activities as per approved drawings and schedules

• Manage multiple construction projects, including high-rise buildings

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors

• Ensure work is executed as per quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines

• Monitor site progress, manpower, material planning, and machinery utilization

• Review BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications

• Conduct regular site meetings and report progress to management

• Ensure statutory compliances and safety regulations at site

• Control project costs and minimize wastage

• Handle site-related issues and resolve technical challenges

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• 5+ years of experience in real estate / construction projects

• Strong experience in high-rise residential or commercial buildings

• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards

• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in managing contractors and large site teams

• Knowledge of project planning tools

• Strong communication and reporting skills
