EA to CEO
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
Coordinate with senior management and follow up on action points and deadlines
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
Assist in planning and organizing board meetings, reviews, and strategic discussions
Screen calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing critical matters
Support the CEO in day-to-day operational and strategic activities
Maintain proper documentation, records, and MIS reports
Assist in special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Problem-solving and decision-making capability
