Job Opening : Quality Control, Foundry.
Qualification : Diploma/B.Tech (Metallurgical/Mechanical Engg.)
Experince in Cast Iron & Ductile Iron Foundries
Technical Expertise :
In depth knowledge in entire manufacturing processes of Cast Iron & Ductile Iron Castings especially Man Hole Cover & Frame.
In depth knowledge in conducting Destructive & Non-Destructive Testings like load testing & pullout testing, chemical composition analysis, hardness. Dimensional inspection by Vernier Callper, Steel Tape/Scale & Micrometer.
Must be capable for Root Cause Analysis, & Corrective & Preventive Action against casting defects like blow holes, shrinkage, cold shut etc.
Must be capable for preparing inspection reports in MS-Excel/Word.
