Job Description:

We are looking for a Civil Engineer – Finishing who will be responsible for executing and supervising all finishing works at the project site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise finishing works such as plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, false ceiling, doors, windows, joinery, façade, and final handover activities.

• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth progress of finishing activities.

• Prepare daily progress reports and monitor schedules to meet project timelines.

• Conduct inspections and quality checks for finishing works and rectify any defects.

• Ensure proper material planning, usage, and control at site.

• Coordinate with MEP teams for interface issues during finishing stages.

• Ensure compliance with safety norms and site safety regulations.

• Attend client, consultant, and internal review meetings related to finishing works.

• Support snag list preparation, closure, and final project handover.
