Job Description:

Role: Claim Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assess the validity of claims by evaluating documentation, policy coverage, and other relevant information.
  • Prepare quality reports on claims activity, including preparing and showcasing trends.
  • Suggest improvements to claims processing procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in claims processing or a similar role within the insurance industry.


Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management software.
