Job Description:
Role: Claim Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assess the validity of claims by evaluating documentation, policy coverage, and other relevant information.
- Prepare quality reports on claims activity, including preparing and showcasing trends.
- Suggest improvements to claims processing procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in claims processing or a similar role within the insurance industry.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management software.
