Job Description:
- To ensure Design, Develop and improve the product and equipment’s in order to achieve goal of the Department.
- Drafting the drawings (Product, Toolings etc.) as per requirements.
- Releasing & controlling the drawings as per discretion of HOD.
- Proactive participation and initiation for New product developments.
- Maintain the documented information pertaining to Design & development process.
- Knowledge of all basic operations like Grinding, Milling, Turning, Fitting, etc. Good in team building. Can delegate responsibilities to sub - ordinates.
- Implementing, maintaining and continually improve: ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, EnMS 50001:2018, ISO 10002: 2018 and other applicable systems.
- Context of the organization
- Significant environmental aspects and related environmental impacts and OH&S hazards & risks associated with the plant activities.
- Applicable Legal & other requirements.
Emergency preparedness & response. -
Preparation of product drawings, meeting customer requirements, Product specifications.

Preparation of tooling drawing as per NPD plan.
- Up gradation of marking, packing & grinding wheels specifications. Tooling design for new machines.
