Job Description:
Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Coordinating Architect to lead design coordination across multiple residential, commercial, and retail projects. This is a developer-side role focused on ensuring seamless integration between all consultants and driving timely, execution-ready design delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate across architects, structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants
- Review drawings to ensure alignment and eliminate inter-disciplinary conflicts
- Drive design timelines and ensure timely issuance of coordinated drawings
- Lead coordination meetings and ensure closure of open points
- Support execution teams with design clarity and quick resolution of issues
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and project requirements
- Maintain drawing control, documentation, and version tracking
Candidate Profile
- 10–15 years of relevant experience
- Experience across residential (mandatory) and commercial/retail (preferred)
- Prior experience with a developer / PMC / reputed design firm
- Strong working knowledge of architectural design with basic understanding of MEP and structural systems
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
