Sr. UX Designer

Job Description:

Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate and skilled UX Designer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles,
exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a knack for creating intuitive and engaging digital
experiences. As a UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams,
including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to design seamless and delightful user
experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
 User Research & Analysis:
o Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
o Analyze data and user feedback to inform design decisions and strategies.
o Develop user personas, journey maps, and use cases to guide design efforts.
 Design & Prototyping:
o Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that communicate design
concepts effectively.
o Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms.
o Iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing results, and stakeholder input.
 Collaboration & Communication:
o Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define
and refine design requirements.
o Present design solutions and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
into the design process.
o Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster creativity and
alignment.
 Testing & Optimization:
o Plan and conduct usability testing to evaluate design effectiveness and identify
areas for improvement.
o Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to
ensure designs are innovative and relevant.
Qualifications:
 Education & Experience:
o Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
o 12 + years of experience in UX design.
 Skills:
o Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
o Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and
usability.
