We are looking for a friendly and responsible Client Coordinator to join our team. The role involves daily work on leads, client coordination, and providing good hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on daily leads and follow up with clients.
  • Communicate clearly with clients in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • Provide warm hospitality and ensure a positive experience for all clients.
  • Explain services to clients and support the sales process.
  • Assist in closing sales and support the sales team when required.
  • Shoot short video clips of daily services for social media posting.
  • Maintain proper decorum, discipline, and professional behavior at all times.
  • Coordinate smoothly with team members and clinic staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • Prior sales or client-handling experience
  • Basic knowledge of computer operations.
  • Presentable, polite, and customer-friendly personality.
  • Interest in social media content (short videos/reels).
