Experience: 0 – 3 years
CTC: ₹3.00 – ₹4.50 Lacs per annum
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive – Retail Credit (Legal) to support the legal operations of retail credit and lending functions. The role involves property due diligence review, coordination with legal vendors, documentation follow-ups, and maintaining legal compliance records.
Key Responsibilities

Vet and review property due diligence reports received from empanelled advocates and legal vendors

Coordinate and manage legal vendors / lawyers for property and retail credit cases

Follow up on property-related documents from lawyers, borrowers, and internal teams

Draft and issue legal notices related to retail credit and property matters

Prepare replies to legal notices in coordination with seniors and legal counsel

Maintain in-house legal records, documentation trackers, and MIS
-
Ensure timely completion of legal processes in line with internal credit policies

Support audits and internal compliance requirements related to legal documentation
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of property law, documentation, and due diligence

Basic knowledge of retail lending / housing finance / secured loans (preferred)

Good drafting skills for legal notices and replies

Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills

Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Candidate Profile

LLB graduate (freshers or up to 3 years of experience)

Exposure to banking, NBFC, housing finance, or legal firms is an added advantage

Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail credit environment
