Job Description:

Key Accountabilities:

• Handle customer complaints with thorough problem investigation, perform root cause analysis, and monitor the status of implementation.
• Develop and implement robust Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to address customer issues effectively.
• Vendor Validation program using Data analysis & vendor audit.
• Prepare COA , TDS , Documentation and record CAPA. Performing internal process audit.
• Review existing spec & align with current industry benchmark.
• Do investigation of internal process, which may lead to batch failure.
• Initiate improvement projects on quality.
•  Knowledge of GC, GCMS analysis able to do analysis as per requirement.

Prerequisites:

EducationalQualifications: M.Sc. in Chemistry

Candidate Must have (Experience or relevant knowledge required e.g. Industry):

• Min 8-10 years of experience in F&F (Flavour & Fragrance) or FMCG industry
• Strong hold over Analytical Chemistry: GC/GCMS proficiency
• Proficiency in customer complaint handling – RCA and CAPA
• Experienced in handling process quality audits and supplier audits: ISO 9001 exposure desired

Desirable – Working ISO 9001 in Halal, Kosher environment.
