Maintenance Manager- Electrical

Job Description:

1. • Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Design and execute schedules to ensure 24/7 machine availability and zero electrical accidents.
   • System Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex electrical faults in Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi controllers, focusing on high-precision CNC grinding axes and encoders.
   • Team Leadership: Supervise electrical technicians, set daily KPIs, and conduct technical training on new automation or SCADA systems.
   • Spare Parts Management: Control inventory for critical electrical components like servo motors, drive modules, and sensors to minimize MTTR (Mean Time To Repair).
   • Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Investigate recurring electrical breakdowns (e.g., voltage spikes, drive failures) and implement permanent corrective actions.
   • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all electrical work adheres to local codes and safety standards, including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures.
   • Attend breakdown to continue the process line.
   • Knowledge of Siemens/Omron/Mitsubishi/Delta Plc,vfd troubleshooting, and fault finding.
   • Attend IATF 16949/ISO 9001/Customer Audit and maintain all documents as per standard.
   • Mandatory Planning of preventive/predictive maintenance.
   • Mandatory Manage critical spare parts and maintain min/max quantity.
   • Mandatory Knowledge of machine installation and commission.
   • Handle unionized maintenance teams and provide training/support.
   • Mandatory Knowledge of repair blower/vertical pump
   • Knowledge of electronic components for card base systems.
   • Need a resilient person, Handle carefully stressful situations easily.
   • We have Handled All Machine Maintenance like Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation.
   • Electrical safety norms knowledge.
    
   Technical Skills Required
   • PLC/HMI Programming: Proficiency in troubleshooting and modifying ladder logic for machine sequence control.
   • Drive Systems: Expert knowledge of VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) and precision Servo Systems used in grinding wheel spindles and workheads.
   • Control Systems: Hands-on experience with CNC controllers like Fanuc, Mitsubishi, or Heidenhain.
   • Schematic Literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex electrical blueprints and wiring diagrams for machine shop equipment.
      
   Experience & Education: 
   • Education: A Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
   • Experience: Typically 10–15 years in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years specifically in a CNC Grinding machine shop.
