Production Manager / Supervisor - Tanzania (Africa)

Job Description:

Job Responsibility –

• Operational Oversight: Manage the daily operations of two active filling/bottling lines.
• Maintenance: Apply basic mechanical and electrical knowledge to troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensure equipment longevity.
• Shift Management: This role requires flexibility. The candidate will be expected to work in and manage rotating shifts, rather than a fixed general shift, to meet production targets.
• Team Leadership: Supervise line staff to ensure safety protocols and quality standards are met.
