Job Description:

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist – Creative & Strategy with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution for Industrial, B2B, or Software-for-Industry domains. The role requires a combination of creative execution, strategic thinking, and industry understanding, with the ability to translate complex technical or industrial concepts into impactful marketing content.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute creative strategies aligned with overall digital marketing goals
•Create and optimize marketing-focused videos, reels, shorts, and visual creatives
•Design graphics for social media, ads, branding, and promotional campaigns
•Translate marketing objectives into high-performing creative assets
•Use AI tools for ideation, creative support, and campaign optimization (with strong independent execution skills)
•Apply platform-specific strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
•Analyze campaign performance and optimize creatives for engagement and conversions
•Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, formats, and algorithms

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong creative background
•Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (branding, engagement, funnels, performance marketing)
•Proficiency in video editing and graphic designing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
•Strong strategic and marketing mindset, beyond execution
•Hands-on experience using AI tools for creative and marketing enhancement
•Good analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
•Portfolio of creatives is mandatory and must be shared along with the CV (videos, reels, graphics, campaigns, etc.)

Industry Experience Requirement (Mandatory)

•Prior experience working with Industrial, B2B, Enterprise, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Software-for-Industry companies
•Hands-on experience creating marketing creatives, videos, and digital campaigns for non-consumer, technical, or industry-focused audiences
•Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, longer sales cycles, and solution-based marketing
•Proven ability to translate complex technical or industrial concepts into clear, engaging, and effective marketing content
