An Assistant Manager in Fabrication & Assembly oversees daily shop floor operations, supporting the manager by scheduling staff, ensuring quality/safety, managing resources (materials/equipment), and driving efficiency through process improvement, all while coordinating with other departments to meet production targets and deadlines using strong leadership and technical knowledge of fabrication/assembly processes
Key Responsibilities-
- Production Oversight: Supervise daily workflow, schedule personnel, and coordinate activities to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure adherence to strict quality standards and safety regulations (WSH), inspect products, and implement corrective actions for defects or inefficiencies.
