Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive – Tender & Channel Sales to manage consultant approvals, tendering activities, and channel partner relationships. The role involves handling large public sector and corporate accounts, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies
• Proven sales experience in PLC / VFD / Motors / Cables / Instruments / Sensors / Control Panels
• Strong experience in Tender, Consultant & Channel Sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management abilities
• In-depth understanding of customer behavior and industry trends
• Strong techno-commercial and product knowledge
• Willingness to travel extensively
• High ethical standards and professional conduct

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Obtain approvals for company products and services from targeted consultants.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to generate business from public sector units and large corporate customers.
3. Identify and track tenders and project enquiries through online and offline sources (internet, newspapers, periodicals, magazines, etc.).
4. Prepare and submit tenders, including technical and commercial offers, costing, feasibility analysis, quality plans, drawings, delivery schedules, and inspection plans.
5. Deliver technical presentations and conduct seminars for consultants, customers, and channel partners.
6. Arrange and manage customer visits to factory locations or reference sites and lead techno-commercial negotiations.
7. Conduct contract review procedures for awarded orders.
8. Handle work order preparation, drawing approvals, and coordination for third-party or customer inspections.
9. Ensure timely payment collection as per agreed terms.
10. Execute additional tasks assigned by management within stipulated timelines.

Preferred Qualifications
• BE / BTech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline
• 3-4 years of experience in tender-based and channel sales
• Experience dealing with consultants, PSUs, EPC contractors, and large corporates
