Job Description:
Position: GOVT Sales.
Experience Required: Atleast 5 years
Location: Kolkata
Salary: upto 30 lpa
 
This would be individual contributor role, and should have good accounts into Railways/Refinery /Defense
 
We are right now hiring for sales personnel for Shyam Future Tech. Person should be having experience in selling IT Hardware(Like laptop, mouse, CPU, RAM, etc) & Networking items(like IP phones, switches, router) to Government Sector
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify Opportunities: Research, identify, and evaluate government procurement opportunities at the federal, state, and local levels.
  • Bid Preparation: Prepare and submit compelling and competitive bids and proposals in response to government solicitations, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with government procurement officials, agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance our position in the market.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of government procurement trends, policies, and regulations, providing insights to the sales and leadership teams.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and deliver successful bids.
  • Contract Negotiation: Participate in contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for our company.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions, opportunities, and bid-related activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in government bid sales, with a demonstrable track record of successfully securing government contracts.
  • Target achieve & goal oriented  
  • In-depth knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
