Job Description:
Position : Sr. Executive - QA/QC
Location : Kalol - Gandhinagar
Experience: 5 - 7 Years
Industries: Chemical
Responsibilities:
-
Quality Testing & Analysis
- Perform routine and non-routine testing of Tyre Wax and its raw materials as per approved test methods.
- Conduct Congealing Point, Drop Melting Point, and Freezing Point analysis accurately and timely.
- Carry out GC (Gas Chromatography) operation, method control, and carbon distribution analysis.
- Ensure calibration status and proper handling of laboratory instruments.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain quality documentation in compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF guidelines.
- Prepare, review, and update test reports, COAs, SOPs, and laboratory records.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in laboratory activities and documentation.
- Data Analysis & Trending
- Prepare and maintain trend analysis of test results to identify process variations and quality risks.
- Support investigation of deviations, OOS, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- GMP & Quality Systems
- Ensure GMP compliance in QC laboratory operations.
Required Skills
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 45001 (OH&S), ISO 14001
- (EMS), and IATF quality systems. Hands-on experience in GC operation and carbon distribution analysis.
- Practical exposure to Tyre Wax testing and wax-related analytical parameters.
- Understanding of GMP concepts and laboratory best practices.
- Ability to prepare trend data, analytical reports, and documentation.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry
Salary :- Upto 7.00 LPA
