Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager – HNI Sales (Real Estate) to acquire, manage, and grow relationships with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) for premium and luxury real estate offerings. The role involves end-to-end client management, from prospecting to deal closure, while delivering a superior buying experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new HNI / UHNI clients for luxury residential, commercial, and investment-grade real estate

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI clients, family offices, and investors

  • Understand client requirements related to lifestyle, investment returns, and portfolio diversification

  • Present and sell premium / luxury real estate projects (residential, commercial, plotted developments)

  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, negotiations, booking, and closure

  • Coordinate with legal, CRM, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth transaction execution

  • Achieve sales value, collections, and client acquisition targets

  • Leverage referrals, channel partners, wealth managers, and brokers to generate high-quality leads

  • Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies

  • Provide post-sales support to enhance client satisfaction and repeat business


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of luxury real estate market dynamics

  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills

  • Proven track record in HNI real estate sales and high-value deal closures

  • Ability to engage senior-level clients with professionalism and discretion

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Self-driven with a consultative selling approach
