Senior Executive – Inventory (Branding Team)

Job Summary
The Senior Executive – Inventory (Branding Team) is responsible for managing,
tracking, and optimizing inventory related to branding and marketing materials. This
role ensures availability, accuracy, cost control, and timely distribution of branding
assets across locations, campaigns, and events while maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate records of branding and marketing inventory (POS
materials, merchandise, signage, giveaways, display units, etc.).
Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate availability for ongoing and upcoming
branding activities.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile physical stock with system
records.
Track inventory movement across warehouses, offices, vendors, and events.
Branding & Campaign Support
Coordinate with the branding and marketing teams to forecast inventory
requirements for campaigns, launches, and promotions.
Ensure timely dispatch and availability of branding materials for events,
exhibitions, and retail locations.
Support brand activations by managing inventory logistics and replenishment.
Vendor & Procurement Coordination
Coordinate with procurement and vendors for ordering, receiving, and quality
checking branding materials.
Ensure materials meet brand guidelines and quality standards before
acceptance.
Track vendor deliveries, lead times, and discrepancies.
Cost Control & Optimization
Monitor inventory usage and minimize wastage, damage, or obsolescence.
Assist in budget tracking related to branding inventory and materials.
Recommend improvements in storage, handling, and inventory processes to
optimize costs.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare regular inventory reports, stock movement summaries, and usage
analysis.
Maintain proper documentation including GRNs, issue notes, and stock
registers.
Provide data-driven insights to branding and management teams.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of inventory management principles.
Understanding of branding and marketing materials.
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a
related field.
3–6 years of experience in inventory management, preferably supporting
branding or marketing teams.
Preferred Experience
Experience handling branding, POS, or promotional inventory.
Exposure to marketing campaigns, events, or retail branding operations.
Knowledge of ERP or inventory software
