Data Research & Lead Generation Executive
Job Description:
Role Overview Madhusudan Group – Star Knits is looking for a Data Research & Lead Generation Executive responsible for identifying potential customers and generating qualified leads through online platforms such as IndiaMART, web research, and other digital sources. The role focuses on data hunting, lead sourcing, and supporting the sales/business development team. Key Responsibilities • Generate new business leads through IndiaMART, B2B portals, websites, and web research • Conduct online data hunting to identify potential customers and buyers • Collect and verify customer details such as company name, contact person, phone number, email ID, location, and requirements • Maintain and update lead data in Excel or CRM systems • Share qualified leads with the sales/business development team for follow-up • Prepare daily/weekly lead generation reports • Ensure accuracy, quality, and confidentiality of data Required Skills & Qualifications • Graduate (any stream) • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and internet browsing • Experience or familiarity with IndiaMART or similar portals is preferred • Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English • Ability to work with targets and deadlines • Strong attention to detail Preferred Candidate Profile • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience • Experience in lead generation, data research, or inside sales is an advantage • Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to learn What We Offer • Fixed salary between ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience) • Stable job with a reputed group • Training and growth opportunities
