Job Description:

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external consultants to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones. The role involves project scheduling, documentation control, reporting, and effective communication across multiple stakeholders and locations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination & Follow-up

Coordinate with internal teams (Architecture, MEP, Structures) to ensure timely execution of project tasks.
Liaise with client representatives for project-related coordination.
Follow up with sub-consultants on design submissions, approvals, and deliverables.
Coordinate with authorities for NOC requirements and track approval status.
Ensure smooth communication between teams based in India, UAE, and the Philippines to align project milestones.

2. Program & Scheduling

Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 and other project management tools.
Understand design processes and construction sequencing.
Track project timelines, identify risks, and flag potential delays.
Prepare progress reports and assist management with schedule analysis.

3. Documentation & Control

Maintain and organize project documents, drawings, tracking logs, and correspondence.
Ensure compliance with document control procedures and version management.
Distribute project documentation efficiently to teams and stakeholders.

4. Reporting & Communication

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
Draft clear, professional correspondence in English for clients, consultants, and authorities.
Support management in presentations and client communications.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Technical Skills
Knowledge of Primavera P6 and project management software
Strong understanding of design and construction processes
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Documentation and reporting skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in architectural, construction, or design consultancy projects.
Ability to coordinate with multi-location teams
