Job Description:

Position:          PPC Officer

Location:         Vapi

Experience:      1 - 3 Years

Industries:       Steel

 Responsibilities:        

• Supervise daily steel production activities (e.g., steel melting, casting, rolling, finishing).
• Monitor and control production parameters to ensure output meets quality and quantity targets.
• Coordinate with planning, maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Analyze production data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and yield.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and shift operators to maintain performance and discipline.
• Participate in root cause analysis for process deviations, breakdowns, and quality issues.

 Required Skills:

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergency situations.

 Required Qualification:- B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical      

Salary :- Upto 3.80 LPA
