Job Description:

Sales Strategy & Business Development
 Develop and execute sales strategies for both international and domestic markets.
 Identify new business opportunities, buyers, brands, buying houses, and distributors.
 Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability across channels.
 Set annual sales targets and growth plans in alignment with company objectives.
International Sales
 Manage export sales operations including buyer onboarding, negotiations, and order
finalization.
 Handle key international buyers and buying houses across regions (US, EU, UK, Middle East,
etc.).
 Negotiate pricing, MOQs, delivery timelines, and commercial terms.
 Coordinate with merchandising and production teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Domestic Sales
 Develop and manage domestic sales channels including wholesalers, retailers, brands, and
institutions.
 Expand domestic customer base and strengthen distributor relationships.
 Plan market penetration strategies and regional sales coverage.
Order & Revenue Management
 Ensure achievement of sales targets and order profitability.
 Monitor order pipeline, forecast sales, and manage closures.
 Oversee pricing, margins, and credit terms in coordination with finance.
Buyer Relationship Management
 Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers and key accounts.
 Handle buyer escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
 Represent the company in buyer meetings, trade fairs, and exhibitions.
Team Leadership & Coordination
 Lead and mentor sales, merchandising, and marketing teams.
 Set KPIs, review performance, and drive accountability.

 Work closely with production, sourcing, IE, and quality teams for delivery commitments.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
 Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
 Provide regular MIS reports on sales performance, forecasts, and risks.
 Recommend product and market strategies based on insights.
Compliance & Commercials
 Ensure adherence to export regulations, documentation, and trade compliance.
 Align sales activities with company compliance, sustainability, and ethical standards.
