Job Description:
Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare project schedules and timelines (MS Project/Primavera preferred)
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for planning activities
- Estimate materials, manpower, and equipment requirements
- Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with site team, vendors, and subcontractors .
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations .
- Maintain all project-related documents (drawings, BOQs, contracts, etc.)
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports .
- Track and record site activities, measurements, and billing data.
- Handle RFI (Request for Information) and site correspondence
- Maintain proper records for audits and compliance
- Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree /Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Must have the experience in residential , commercial and industrial projects.
Experience: Minimum 4years specially in residential and commercial building
