Position:        HR Officer

Location:       Palghar

Experience:    4 - 5 Years

Industries:     Packaging

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, Factory Act, and Contract Labour Act.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns, challans, and filings with government authorities.
• Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation as per legal requirements.
• Coordinate with external consultants, labour officers, and statutory authorities during inspections and audits.
• Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and wage data in compliance with labour legislation.
• Support payroll processing by ensuring statutory deductions and compliance accuracy.
• Assist in handling labour inspections, notices, and legal compliance-related correspondence.
• Monitor changes in labour laws and statutory regulations and implement necessary updates.
• Support grievance handling and disciplinary processes as per standing orders and labour laws.
• Ensure compliance for contract labour, including vendor documentation and statutory adherence.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance for manufacturing units.
• Hands-on experience in PF, ESI, Factory Act, CLRA, Bonus, Gratuity, and wage compliance.
• Good coordination and communication skills with authorities and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualification:- MSW/MBA - HR

Salary :- Upto 8.00 LPA
